To achieve the above aim, Glencroft Civil Engineering must have a Quality Management System, which accords with the British Standard ISO 9002. ISO 9002 sets out specific clauses to be complied with.

To comply with these clauses Glencroft Civil Engineering must:

To be able to say what we do a Procedures Manual is necessary, to do what we say means carrying out what is laid down in the Procedures Manual, to prove what we do entails the keeping of records of our actions for inspection by internal and External auditors. The system has commenced at Head Office and on current sites, at the appropriate time in the near future application will be made to an external third party to visit the Head Office and Site Contracts to make an assessment registration. We have received many letters of recommendation and thanks for our works, a few of which can be seen in the Testimonials section. Glencroft prides itself on completing a Contract to the highest specification in the quickest amount of time with little disruption to others, with all works executed in accordance with all Health & Safety rules and regulations.
